Problem with logging into CAS

This form is used to address login issues related to Charles University Authentication Service or setting a CAS password (identity verification is required), or configuring the CAS login method (enabling MFA).

  1. User identification

    Please enter your name and surname. The form cannot be submitted without providing this information.

    Please enter the email address where you would like to receive the confirmation of your request.

    Please provide a telephone number at which you can be reached.

    Please enter your CU Personnel number (if you know it). 

  2. Specify the issue you are experiencing

    To use the SMS method for password reset, it is necessary to have a mobile contact number already registered and verified in CAS. If you have not registered a mobile contact in CAS yet, this method cannot be used (for this reason, it is not applicable for the initial setting of a CAS password).
